The Angels
is a combination of commercial and residence with
the lower floors as office buildings and the upper
floors as service apartments sized around 2000
sq. ft. The highest floor will be reserved as
penthouses. There will be beautiful garden fronting
a water canal that adds on the natural beauty
of this premise. The Angels spans around a land
area of 10,000 sq. ft. and has a total built-up
area of approximately 25,000 sq. ft. It is seated
along a water canal accessible by water taxi.
It comprises 6 individual blocks conceptualised
from the Spanish Architecture. Each block is an
art with its distinctive theme using particularly
flowers planted boxes and natural motifs as part
of the decorative features. The decoration will
also stress on the lush greens and natural beauty
that gives a sense of uniqueness.
