The Touch
will comprise 5 blocks of service apartments built
above a lakefront commercial arcade. The commercial
lots will stretch along the lakefront forming
a spectacular commercial belt and will ultimately
be transformed into a shopping paradise to serve
as a catalyst to attract foreign tourists. Most
of the units will be is designed to maximize the
scenic view of the lake. The total built-up residential
area is spanning approximately 800.000 sq. ft.
with over 600 units whilst the commercial belt
