The Sepanyol comprises units of Spanish-theme homes. Its design philosophy derives from a blending of Spanish Colonial and historical Muslim influences and respects the traditional European-inspired architecture. The Spanish Colonial architecture is reflected in the exterior façade with its understated detail and blend of material such as stones, roads, stucco walls and terra cotta floors and roof tiles. Each town villa will have a minimum of 2 car porches with a Mediterranean style living and dining hall will be decorated with ample of natural lights accompanied by the traditional terra-cotta tile finished patio style balcony. Each parcel consists of its own leisure swimming pool and club facilities to cater for the privacy of the individual villa owners.
