be built and equipped with full supporting facilities
and amenities of a private medical centre specially
catered to mothers and children. It will be situated
in tranquil setting overlooking a panoramic view
of the lake covering 10-storey of well-equipped
wards totalling a gross floor area of over 160,000
sq. ft. The Care will feature facades with the
interplay and juxtaposition of roof formed in
varying spaces and heights to create a more articulated
character reflecting the Spanish theme to enhance
the creativity of The Mines South Lake.
